A production fantasy-football platform built on Sleeper’s API with a PostgreSQL database, serving stat views through a static front end.

• Designed and shipped the platform end-to-end, turning league history into rivalry stats, a filterable trade archive, and a live earnings ledger.
• Created a weekly ritual modeled on college football’s AP Poll: a drag-to-rank ballot built for one-thumb voting, roster previews in place, and a live ballot count on every page, reshaped by power-user feedback before launch.
• Built the Keeper Assistant, distilling eight accumulated bylaws of keeper rules into a plain yes-or-no for every player. The season it shipped, every manager set their keepers for the first time in league history.
• Iterated on observed behavior, replacing dropdowns with tap-friendly avatar pickers and rebuilding the trade archive around a two-manager filter after the original went unused; 5 seasons and 500+ matchups stay current via nightly syncs.

• Self-taught game design from scratch, then built and directed a team of 4+ freelance artists, steering the game’s visual identity through reference boards and annotated feedback.
• Built feedback capture into the game itself (one tap logs a screenshot, session data, and note straight to the playtester Discord) and tied every report to full run analytics, so balance decisions are grounded in data instead of guesswork.
• Ran structured blind playtests and translated observed friction and confusion into 200+ concrete iterations across the core gameplay loop and interface.
